Jeanette Hinton

‘I have over 25 years’ experience in the performing arts industry as a creative producer and project manager. Previously based in London, I’ve worked with many artists and companies including Merce Cunningham, Matthew Bourne, Dance Umbrella and the Young Vic. Now based in Dorset for many years, I’m currently Performances Producer at Pavilion Dance South West where I programme the theatre and work with professional artists on their CPD. I have always loved creative making in whatever form that takes. Being a Trustee at Walford Mill means I can bring my skills in devising, funding and delivering events to our unique site and community. I am particularly interested in how professional creativity can contribute to positive mental health and social cohesion. I’m delighted to contribute to the success of the very special place that is Walford Mill. We’re lucky to have it!’
