My work is inspired by the ever changing colour of the seasons and light in the Dorset Landscape. I work in Water-based oil, watercolour, gouache, oil pastels and oil pastel pencils. When I am outside I draw  with pastel pencils and in the studio I work from drawings and photographs. My work is organic and often once started has  a life of its own. I trained at Bournemouth Art College in the 1970s and have taught Art for Bournemouth and Poole Ault Education.
