Sarah moved to Dorset in the early 80's to study Graphic Design at the Arts Uni (AUB). Two years later she took an opportunity to move to Tasmania, Australia where she started a role as a senior designer. After returning to the UK she continued her design-led role whilst also starting up her jewellery business in her spare time.

In 2020 she took the leap to run her jewellery business full time which enabled her to grow her stockists, start running workshops and become more involved with various local craft groups and events. Her love of polymer clay has evolved and she uses mini silk screens to create her surface pattern and then hand paints the finer detail onto her designs.
